INTRODUCTION

The OSA Award is a biennial art award established in 2015 that aims to identify and nurture talented secondary student artists in Hong Kong who have the potential and interest to develop and excel in the art industry. The selection process consists of two stages, including the submission of student portfolios and an interview with a jury panel of art practitioners and educators, providing students with the opportunity to showcase their potential and connect with professionals in the field. In previous editions, over 350 nominations were received from 150 local and international secondary schools, and 52 exceptionally talented student artists were selected.
 

「香港傑出學生藝術家獎」（OSA Award） 於 2015 年成立，每兩年舉辦一次。
 

獎項由藝術圈內不同崗位人士共同籌辦，並得到藝術教育、設計、收藏及藝術推廣等領域專家支持。獎項旨在鼓勵中學生展現個人創作能力和藝術風格，如主題探索、媒介和藝術歷史研習。獎項頒予在學的青少年藝術家，強調創作歷程、個性和藝術潛質；評審團則由藝術業界專家及大專院校教員組成。
 

獎項和聯展試圖跨越學校體制，讓學生互相切磋學習，故不論是否正在修讀藝術相關課程的學生均可參選。此外，入圍傑出學生藝術家將與上屆入圍者，共同籌劃展覽，激勵創意，延續交流。

ELIGIBILITY

Students currently enrolled in local or international secondary schools during the school year when the award is held can be nominated by their school teachers or principals.

凡就讀本地及國際學校中學生，皆可接受該校教師或校長提名參選。

TIMETABLE

OSA Award comprises 4 stages: 

​

  1. Promotion and Open Call (January to February)

  2. Nomination and Selection ( March to Late May)

  3. Group Exhibition by Finalists (July to August)

  4. Overseas Study Trip (September to November)

  5. After-Trip Exhibition (April to October)

OSA獎分為4個階段：

  2. 提名與評選（三月至五月底）

  3. 入圍學生群展（七月至八月）

  4. 海外學習之旅（九月至十一月）

  5. 旅程後展覽（四月至十月）
