The OSA Award is a biennial art award that aims to identify and nurture talented secondary student artists in Hong Kong who have the potential and interest to develop and excel in the art industry. The selection process consists of two stages, including the submission of student portfolios and an interview with a jury panel of art practitioners and educators, providing students with the opportunity to showcase their potential and connect with professionals in the field.
